A lot of times some people on your team may not be able to visualize the scale of the opportunity they have on their hands. How do you help them visualize the scale ?

I presented an analogy on how building an internet scale project is similar to building a city. It’s much easier to visualize building a city compared to a internet scale complex software with just architecture diagrams.
